Working Group Meeting on Drafting Five Industry Standards of PN Series Reverse Cycle Shielded Motor (with Pump)

On July 11, 2018, the Standardization Sub-Technical Committee of Lifting Metallurgy and Shielded Motor (hereinafter referred to as the Sub-Technical Committee) held a meeting of the Standard Drafting Working Group 2018 in Qingdao, Shandong Province. Wang Weiyue, deputy director of Jiamusi Explosion-proof Electrical Machinery Research Institute, and 22 units of drafting working group of sub-technical committee attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Wang Liping, Secretary-General of the Sub-Technical Committee.

From Dec. 4 to Dec. 11, 2018, the Institute of Explosion-proof Electrical Machinery held the second training course on motor knowledge and field operation, which lasted 7 days and totaled 22 lessons. It is mainly divided into two parts: theory and operation. Theoretical knowledge includes: motor principle and operation and maintenance, motor fault causes and analysis, motor assembly and disassembly, Motor Factory experiments, etc. On-site operation content: Lead the trainees to the test site for motor related test operation, so that the theory combined with practice, let the students learn theoretical knowledge at the same time, hands-on operation skills. The training has been unanimously recognized and praised by the trainees and their units. We will continue to improve the training courses and build a cutting-edge learning platform for the vast number of technical personnel.

The 2018 Annual Meeting and Standard Review Meeting of the Standardization Sub-Technical Committee of Lifting Metallurgy and Canned Motor (hereinafter referred to as "Subcommittee") was held in Kunming, Yunnan Province, from November 27 to 29, 2018. The conference was attended by 43 delegates from 38 units including crane metallurgy and shielded motor manufacturers, users, motor parts factories and research institutes. Director Xu Yuanfeng of China Electrical Appliance Industry Association and Professor Xu Yongming of Harbin University of Technology were invited to attend the meeting.

In order to promote the leading position of Jiamusi Explosion-proof Electrical Machinery Research Institute (hereinafter referred to as Jiamusi) in the field of motor inspection and testing, and to strengthen the basic strength of motor industry testers, Jiamusi organized a "motor testing technology training exchange" in Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, from September 26 to September 28, 2008. The training units are mainly cooperative units of Jiasuo. A total of 67 participants from 40 units, including motor industry test and testing personnel, quality testing personnel, design, process technicians and University teachers, participated in the training. At the same time, as an affiliated unit of the Standardization Sub-Technical Committee of Lifting Metallurgy and Shielded Motor (hereinafter referred to as the Sub-Technical Committee), Jiasuo attaches great importance to the development of lifting metallurgy and shielded motor industry. Theworkinggroupmeetingofliftingmetallurgyandshieldedmotorsub-technicalcommitteeofNationalRotaryMotorStandardizationTechnicalCommitteeondraftingindustrystandardsin2017washeldinJiamusiExplosion-proofMotorResearchInstitutefrom18to20July2017.ThemeetingwasbasedontherequirementsoftheMinistryofIndustryandInformationTechnology(MinistryofIndustryandInformationTechnology[2016]110),"TheSecondRevisionPlanofIndustryStandardsoftheMinistryofIndustryandInformationTechnologyin2016"andtheEnergyAdministration(StateEnergyScienceandTechnology[2016]238),"NoticeoftheStateEnergyAdministrationontheFormulationPlanofIndustryStandardsintheEnergyFieldin2016".FourindustrystandardsdeclaredbytheSubcommitteewereincludedintheindustrystandardsin2017.Makerevisionplan.TheSecretariatoftheSub-tenderCommitteeconsultedandparticipatedinthedraftingunitsinFebruary2017.InMarch,aworkinggrouponstandarddraftingwasestablished.InJune,fourworkinggroupsonindustrystandardswerecompleted.Inordertoensurethequalityofstandardpreparationandsuccessfullycompletethestandardsubmissionandapprovalworkthisyear,theSecretariatoftheSub-tenderCommitteeorganizedameetingoftheworkinggrouponstandarddrafting.Themaincontentofthemeetingwasaworkinggroupdiscussiononreviewingthefourcriteria. Thedraftingmeetingwillreviewfourindustrystandards,namely"TechnicalConditionsforPGSeriesHighTemperatureShieldedMotor(withPump)","TechnicalConditionsforYZTD(E)SeriesTowerCrane(ElectromagneticBrake)Multi-speedThree-phaseAsynchronousMotor","TechnicalConditionsforYZSeriesLiftingandMetallurgicalThree-phaseAsynchronousMotor","YZRSeriesLiftingandMetallurgicalWindingRotorThree-phaseAsynchronousMotor".Machinetechnicalconditions(seatnumber450-500).Duringthemeeting,themembersoftheStandardsDraftingWorkingGroupdiscussedtherelevantcontentsofthefourstandardworkinggroupdiscussions,proposedamendments,andfinallyreachedaconsensusontherelevanttechnicalissues.WiththejointeffortsofthemembersoftheWorkingGrouponDraftingtheWholeStandards,themeetingachieveditsexpectedobjectivesandsuccessfullycompleteditsagenda.Afterthemeeting,thestandarddraftingworkinggroupwillreviseandsupplementthediscussiondraftsoftheworkinggrouponthefourstandardsaccordingtotherevisedopinions,thencompletethepreparationofthestandarddraftandsubmititittoallthemembersandexpertsoftheSubcommitteeforwideconsultation.
