Theworkinggroupmeetingofliftingmetallurgyandshieldedmotorsub-technicalcommitteeofNationalRotaryMotorStandardizationTechnicalCommitteeondraftingindustrystandardsin2017washeldinJiamusiExplosion-proofMotorResearchInstitutefrom18to20July2017.ThemeetingwasbasedontherequirementsoftheMinistryofIndustryandInformationTechnology(MinistryofIndustryandInformationTechnology[2016]110),"TheSecondRevisionPlanofIndustryStandardsoftheMinistryofIndustryandInformationTechnologyin2016"andtheEnergyAdministration(StateEnergyScienceandTechnology[2016]238),"NoticeoftheStateEnergyAdministrationontheFormulationPlanofIndustryStandardsintheEnergyFieldin2016".FourindustrystandardsdeclaredbytheSubcommitteewereincludedintheindustrystandardsin2017.Makerevisionplan.TheSecretariatoftheSub-tenderCommitteeconsultedandparticipatedinthedraftingunitsinFebruary2017.InMarch,aworkinggrouponstandarddraftingwasestablished.InJune,fourworkinggroupsonindustrystandardswerecompleted.Inordertoensurethequalityofstandardpreparationandsuccessfullycompletethestandardsubmissionandapprovalworkthisyear,theSecretariatoftheSub-tenderCommitteeorganizedameetingoftheworkinggrouponstandarddrafting.Themaincontentofthemeetingwasaworkinggroupdiscussiononreviewingthefourcriteria. WangXiaowen,ViceGeneralManagerandChairmanofSubcommitteeofJiamusiElectricalMachineryCo.,Ltd.ofHarbinElectricPowerGroup,attendedthemeetingandmadeanimportantspeech.ShangZhikui,DirectorofJiamusiExplosion-proofElectricalMachineryResearchInstituteandVice-ChairmanofSubcommittee,madeawelcomingspeech.ThemeetingwaschairedbyWangLiping,Secretary-GeneralofSubcommittee,and26representativesof16standarddraftingworkinggroupsparticipatedinthemeeting. Thedraftingmeetingwillreviewfourindustrystandards,namely"TechnicalConditionsforPGSeriesHighTemperatureShieldedMotor(withPump)","TechnicalConditionsforYZTD(E)SeriesTowerCrane(ElectromagneticBrake)Multi-speedThree-phaseAsynchronousMotor","TechnicalConditionsforYZSeriesLiftingandMetallurgicalThree-phaseAsynchronousMotor","YZRSeriesLiftingandMetallurgicalWindingRotorThree-phaseAsynchronousMotor".Machinetechnicalconditions(seatnumber450-500).Duringthemeeting,themembersoftheStandardsDraftingWorkingGroupdiscussedtherelevantcontentsofthefourstandardworkinggroupdiscussions,proposedamendments,andfinallyreachedaconsensusontherelevanttechnicalissues.WiththejointeffortsofthemembersoftheWorkingGrouponDraftingtheWholeStandards,themeetingachieveditsexpectedobjectivesandsuccessfullycompleteditsagenda.Afterthemeeting,thestandarddraftingworkinggroupwillreviseandsupplementthediscussiondraftsoftheworkinggrouponthefourstandardsaccordingtotherevisedopinions,thencompletethepreparationofthestandarddraftandsubmititittoallthemembersandexpertsoftheSubcommitteeforwideconsultation. The Fourth Session of the Sub-Technical Committee and the 2017 Standard Review Conference and the Nineteenth Session of the Indu
FromNovember22to24,2017,theXiangjiangRiverinChangshaiswindyandsunnywithapleasantclimate.ThenationaleliteengagedinmotorindustrygatheredintheadministrativebuildingofChangshaZhongjiInternationalEngineeringDesignResearchInstituteCo.,Ltd.fromsoutheasttonorthwest.Theyattendedthefoursessionsandthe2017annualmeetingoftheliftingmetallurgyandshieldingmotorstandardizationsub-technicalcommittee(hereinafterreferredtoas"sub-tendercommittee")convenedbytheNationalRotaryMotorStandardizationTechnicalCommittee.ThenineteenthsessionofITEN.ThemeetingwassponsoredbytheSecretariatoftheSubcommittee,presidedoverbySecretary-GeneralWangLipingandco-sponsoredbyChinaMachineryInternationalEngineeringDesignResearchInstituteLimited.Therewere44membersandenterpriserepresentativesattendingthemeeting,including28members. ShangZhikui,DirectorofJiamusiExplosion-proofElectricalMachineryResearchInstituteandVice-ChairmanofSubtenderCommittee,deliveredawelcomingspeech. WangLinchun,PresidentofChinaMachineryInternationalEngineeringDesignResearchInstituteCo.,Ltd.,cametothemeetinganddeliveredaspeech. WangLiping,Secretary-GeneraloftheSub-tenderCommittee,firstreadoutthenewlypromulgated"StandardizationLawofthePeople'sRepublicofChina"andthemanagementmeasuresoftheNationalProfessionalStandardizationTechnicalCommitteetoallthemembersofthemeeting,andwasentrustedbytheNationalStandardizationManagementCommitteetoreadoutthe"RegulationoftheNationalStandardizationManagementCommitteeonStandardizationTechnicalCommitteeonRotatingMotorStandardization"No.51oftheNationalStandardizationManagementCommittee'sBiddingEntrustmentLetter[2017]WiththeapprovalofthemembersoftheTechnicalCommitteeofLiftingMetallurgyandCannedMotor,certificateswereissuedtothefournewlyappointedmembers.Subsequently,theworkoftheBidSubcommitteein2017wascomprehensivelysummarized,andthestandarddeclarationitemsforthisyearandnexttwoyearswerediscussedandadopted.Theworkplanforstandardrevisionin2018wasimplemented,andthereviewcriteriareportedbytheBidSubcommitteein2017wereunanimouslyadopted. TheNationalStandardizationTechnicalCommitteeworkingplatformforTC,SCandmemberswasbuiltbytheNationalStandardizationCommittee.ThefunctionsoftheplatformwereintroducedindetailbyLuoji,theSecretariatoftheNationalStandardizationCommittee.
