Written inspection contract (inspection contract download) (in triplicate), drawings related to explosion protection (in duplicate), product enterprise standards/technical conditions (in duplicate), product use instructions (in duplicate), product ex-factory test report (in original), product quality assurance document (if any, in duplicate), business license (in duplicate), product samples (e.g. For n-type or pouring-seal type, 3-5 samples are required, and the parts before pouring-seal type are provided; for transparent parts, 3 pieces of glass are required; for commissioning surface resistance test, samples (> 150 x 60 x 3 mm) are required; and special disassembly and assembly tools are required.

 

2. Explanation on the time of evidence collection:

 

The drawings and samples are complete, and all meet the requirements of the standard. There is no special complex test, usually within two months.

 

3. Explanation of forensic expenses:

 

According to the product explosion-proof sign, product complexity, size, whether there are complex test items, consider the representative model. Generally, it is about 10,000 yuan, representing each model plus 10%. If the charges for large-scale complete sets of products, series of products or centers are not listed in the standard, they shall be determined through consultation in accordance with the Contract Review Procedure.
