In order to promote the leading position of Jiamusi Explosion-proof Electrical Machinery Research Institute (hereinafter referred to as Jiamusi) in the field of motor inspection and testing, and to strengthen the basic strength of motor industry testers, Jiamusi organized a "motor testing technology training exchange" in Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province, from September 26 to September 28, 2008. The training units are mainly cooperative units of Jiasuo. A total of 67 participants from 40 units, including motor industry test and testing personnel, quality testing personnel, design, process technicians and University teachers, participated in the training. At the same time, as an affiliated unit of the Standardization Sub-Technical Committee of Lifting Metallurgy and Shielded Motor (hereinafter referred to as the Sub-Technical Committee), Jiasuo attaches great importance to the development of lifting metallurgy and shielded motor industry. The training meeting has also received strong support from relevant members.

 

At the beginning of the meeting, Wang Liping, Secretary-General of the Sub-Technical Committee, made a welcoming speech and introduced the new business of Jiasuo to the delegates. Subsequently, Li Jigui, director of Jiasuo Electrical Department, combined theory with practice, introduced the working principle of three-phase asynchronous motor; main technical indicators, performance indicators; tolerance and determination of indicators; test items of three-phase asynchronous motor; main test basis; test methods; determination of factory test limits, etc. in 11 chapters. After the explanation, Director Li discussed and exchanged with the delegates on the typical problems encountered in the field of motor inspection and testing based on his many years'experience. Finally, the delegates reviewed what they had learned in the past two days, participated in the training exam and successfully completed the learning task. The training seminar was heated. While holding the training seminar, Jiashi also provided a communication platform for colleagues from all over the country. Everyone expressed that they would actively participate in the conferences organized by Jiashi in the future.
